GMAC is seeking reformation of the deed of trust, equitable lien, constructive trust, unjust enrichment and quiet title. GMAC is seeking, among other things, to correct and complete the legal description of the property as stated in the deed of trust.

* Ptolemy Tompkins, son of Peter, claims that his fatherás last will and testament is invalid. The last official will was filed on Dec. 23, 1982, in Jefferson County. The will that is in question was written on Jan. 26, 2006, in Rome, Italy. Ptolemy Tompkins claims his father lacked testamentary capacity to write the will and Forenza, his fatherás wife, had undue influence over him. He is also claiming the will is not wholly the handwriting of his father.
