Her experience includes litigation of products liability, contract disputes, and employment related claims. She also counsels clients in the areas of arson, fire loss investigation, construction insurance law and litigation involving the administration of estates and appointment of guardians and conservators
Fuller's distinction was made in the areas of Extra-contractual Insurance Defense Litigation, Appellate Law and Civil Litigation Defense.
She continues to litigate cases of first impression in the insurance industry and provides counsel to insurers on a regional and national level. She has successfully tried a number of bad faith cases in West Virginia and also provides coverage defense. She also actively litigates administrative matters and chairs the firm's litigation department.
