PERSONNEL FILE: Spilman attorneys switch offices

CHARLESTON -- Spilman Thomas & Battle has announced that two of its attorneys are switching offices.

David B. Hanna has relocated to the Charleston office, while Brian J. Warner has relocated to the Morgantown office.

Hanna, a senior attorney with the firm, had been located in the Morgantown office for the past three years. Warner, an associate, had been located in the Charleston office.

Hanna's primary areas of practice are insurance law, toxic torts, product liability, general litigation and consumer finance. He received his B.A. in 1998 from Hamden-Sydney College and his J.D. in 2001 from West Virginia University.

Warner's primary areas of practice are general litigation and MSHA and OSHA law. He received his B.S. in 2000 and his J.D. in 2003 from West Virginia University.
