The plaintiffs seek injunctive relief to prevent encroachment on an established alleyway that provides convenient access for large trucks servicing their commercial property and use by Dodson of their private storm drain to dispose of the waste water from her new building.

* Johnson purchased a 1994 Jeep Cherokee from Hodge last August. He says Hodge failed to provide odometer disclosures and suppressed such defects as a slipping transmission and rusted oil coil spring bracket. Hodge refused to make repairs, according to the complaint. He seeks compensatory damages for the breach of warranty, fraud and unconscionable contract. He also seeks attorney fees and costs.
