PERSONNEL FILE: Capehart joins Dinsmore & Shohl's Charleston office

CHARLESTON -- Curtis R. A. Capehart has joined Dinsmore & Shohl as an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department. He will be practicing out of the firm's Charleston office.

Prior to joining the firm, Capehart practiced in the Huntington and Charleston offices of Huddleston Bollen. His practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law.

In addition, Capehart has experience in the areas of railroad defense and general civil litigation, including pleadings preparations, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, mediation, court appearances in various phases of litigation, and appellate practice.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School (2001) and his B.A. from Marshall University (1998).
