* Vicky Robinson, representing her late husband Andrew Robinson, is suing his former employer. He died Dec. 17, 2007, as a result of injuries sustained in an accident that occurred while he was at work. According to the complaint, Andrew Robinson suffered blunt chest and abdomen trauma while laying a sewer line in a trench, the sides collapsed without warning, burying Andrew Robinson. The Plaintiff is accusing the Defendant of negligence and is requesting compensation for medical, funeral and burial expenses.
