* The plaintiffs say Larry drove a coal truck for Coal Transport. In 2007, the plaintiffs say the "jake brake" on the truck failed, causing Larry to have to drive the truck onto an escape ramp. The ramp was allegedly blocked, and the coal truck rose in the air and came down violently, causing injury to Larry.
