CHARLESTON -- Charleston attorney Harry F. Bell Jr. has been elected to the Highland Hospital Board of Directors.
Bell, the founder of the Bell & Bands law firm, is a 1980 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law.
After having worked as an Assistant Deputy Prosecutor in Kanawha County, the Charleston joined the firm of Kay, Casto & Chaney, which later became Kay, Casto, Chaney, Love & Wise, in which he became a partner in 1987.
In 1992, he formed his own civil litigation practice. Representing businesses and individuals as well as prosecuting and defending civil actions, Bell is also a mediator.
Bell is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Association of Trial Lawyers of American and West Virginia, Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia and an active supporter of West Virginia University.
