PERSONNEL FILE: Nepa returns to Jackson Kelly

CHARLESTON -– Jackson Kelly welcomes Martha Nepa to its Charleston office as Counsel.

Nepa joins the Business Law Group practicing estate and tax planning. She is returning to Jackson Kelly after a stint at a Pennsylvania law firm.

Prior to attending law school, Nepa practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for nearly 20 years. During that time, she primarily worked in tax preparation, tax planning and estate planning calculations.

After graduating from West Virginia University College of Law, Nepa practiced estate, trust and tax law at Jackson Kelly for five years. She also taught courses in Wealth Transfers and Partnership Taxation as an adjunct lecturer at West Virginia University College of Law.

Jackson Kelly represents leading global corporations, national companies, entrepreneurs and individuals in areas of law such as environmental, business, labor and employment, federal and state workers' compensation, civil litigation and occupational safety and health. The Firm has offices in West Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Colorado and the District of Columbia.
