PERSONNEL FILE: Farrell Farrell & Farrell attorneys named in Best Lawyers

HUNTINGTON -- Farrell, Farrell & Farrell is proud to announce that four of its attorneys have been named to the 2010 edition of Best Lawyers.

Michael J. Farrell is listed in the Commercial Litigation, Bet-the-Company Litigation, and Personal Injury categories. This is his 15th year to be included in publication. Mike is ranked as one of the top attorneys in Huntington to handle Bet-the-Company Litigation, which are complex high stakes cases where the survival of the business is dependent on the outcome of the case.

Joseph M. Farrell Jr. has been selected for the first time to be listed in the Labor and Employment Law and Medical Malpractice Law categories.

Charlotte A. Hoffman Norris and Tamela J. White are listed in the Employee Benefit Law category. Charlotte and Tammy are the top-ranked attorneys in Huntington for handling these types of cases.

Since its inception in 1983, Best Lawyers has become universally regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence. Because Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive peer-review survey in which more than 32,000 leading attorneys cast almost two million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their specialties, and because lawyers are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed, inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor. Corporate Counsel magazine has called Best Lawyers "the most respected referral list of attorneys in practice."

Situated in Huntington, Farrell, Farrell & Farrell provides a cadre of experienced trial lawyers who have the guts, experience and creativity demanded by the very difficult litigation venues it serves in West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio.

F3 has ascended to the top rank of litigation firms in the region because its lawyers embrace the challenge of providing big firm quality at affordable rates. F3 has earned its reputation by successfully handling difficult and high-risk cases as well as a variety of mass litigation matters.
