CHARLESTON -– Dinsmore & Shohl is pleased to announce that Eric Hayhurst and John Huff have joined the firm's West Virginia offices.
Hayhurst will practice in the Litigation Department working from the firm's Charleston office. His practice focuses on general litigation and includes product liability, insurance defense, medical malpractice, as well as the defense of toxic tort and mass tort litigation.
He earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law (2009), and his B.A. from West Virginia University (2005).
Huff will practice in the Litigation Department working from the firm's Morgantown office. He focuses his practice on natural resources law, with an emphasis on mine safety and health law.
He earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law (2009), his M.A. from Marshall University (2002), and his B.A. from Marshall University (2000).
