* On Oct. 26, 2007, Vital & Vital entered into a contract with Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd for legal representation regarding a personal injury. Vital & Vital claim the contract states they are entitled to 33.3 percent of any recovery as a result of the settlement or trial. According to the suit, the Lloyds discharged Vital & Vital days before the final mediation without cause and then retained alternate counsel. Vital & Vital claim they are entitled to $16,666.66 of the recovery settlement. They are suing for this amount, plus an amount not to exceed $74,999.99 for breach of contract.

* On Aug. 11, 2006, Le CookStore Huntington received, executed and delivered a promissory note, promising to pay Zone Loan a sum of $175,000 and have yet to pay them. Zone Loan is suing for the amount of $174,384.16, together with late charges and with interest at the contract rate until judgment is entered, and then at the legal rate from the date of judgment until paid in full.
