* On Oct. 28, 2005, Marshall entered the Rite Aid in Lavalette and was in one of the aisles when an object fell on her. According to the suit, the object was either a display, sign light or other object. Marshall claims she has suffered severe injuries to her face, back, hips, legs and other parts of her body, causing pain, suffering and permanent damages. She also claims to have incurred dental, medical and hospital expenses. Marshall is suing for compensatory, consequential, incidental, special and medical damages.
