* Plaintiff claims her only son was taken from his home, stripped of his clothing, needled, degraded and denied his Miranda rights. He was branded "a fugitive from justice when defendants permitted local newspapers to categorize her son as operating a "Meth Lab," when he was a well respected church going Christian respected in the community for his charitable work. On Apr. 15, 2008, plaintiff's son was taken and bound with others in Weston for over 7 months. Plaintiff suffered loss of her tranquil life, along with emotional distress and alcoholism. Equitable relief of $38,000,000 is demanded.

This action is in direct violation of his non- competition covenant and has caused Consol irreparable damage to legitimate business interests. They claim entitlement to a preliminary and permanent injunction.
