* On Jan. 30, 2008, Stanley intentionally started a fire at the Wayne County Community Service facility located on Buffalo Creek Road, according to the suit. The plaintiffs claim the building sustained damages in the amount of $56,039.99. Stanley agreed to pay the sum of $2,500 in mitigation of the damages. The plaintiffs are seeking damages in the amount of $53,539.99 with pre- and post-judgment interest.

* Brickstreet provided insurance for the defendants' business in Lavalette. Brickstreet claims the defendants owe them $12,987 in premiums and have not made payments for the insurance provided. * On May 27, 2009, J.S.M. was an invitee on the McCoy property along with three other minors, J.R.C, C.F. and J.H. and were in the fenced in backyard and in and out of a storage building, according to the suit. The plaintiffs claim the McCoys failed to provide adequate supervision of the minors and to secure dangerous tools. J.S.M. was "seriously and permanently injured...when he was struck in the heady with a heavy object concealed in a blanket." The plaintiffs are seeking compensatory and general damages.
