HUNTINGTON -- Eight Huddleston Bolen partners and four practice areas have been recognized in the recently published Chambers USA 2010 Guide: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, a national publication.
Selected for individual recognition were:
* Dick Bolen for Natural Resources
* Tom Gilpin for Real Estate
* Angela Konrad for Commercial Litigation
* JH Mahaney for Commercial Litigation
* Tom Murray for Corporate/Commercial and Banking/Finance
* Audy Perry for Corporate/Commercial
* Chris Plybon for Corporate/Commercial and Real Estate
* Scott Sheets for Labor and Employment
This marks the first time Konrad, Mahaney and Perry have been recognized by the publication.
The practice areas recognized by Chambers USA are: corporate/commercial, labor and employment, commercial litigation and real estate.
Since its first U.S. edition was published in 2003, the Chambers USA guide has staked its claim among the most respected referral guides of the leading law firms and individuals in the country. Because of its extensive research method, which includes numerous in-depth client and lawyer interviews, this guide is one that carries weight in the industry.
Thomas Gilpin, managing partner of the firm's Huntington office, said the recognition is an honor and a reflection of the firm's continual effort to improve and expand.
"As a firm, we are continually trying to evolve to meet the diverse and rapidly evolving needs of clients," Gilpin said. "This ranking illustrates the high quality of legal counsel we provide throughout the firm."
