CHARLESTON -- A Huntington couple is suing 39 companies in an asbestos-related case.
On July 18, 2008, Robert Wesley Gill was diagnosed with lung cancer, according to a complaint filed March 18 in Kanawha Circuit Court.
Gill and his wife, Beula Gill, claim the defendants are responsible for Mr. Gill's lung cancer.
The Gills claim the defendants were negligent in manufacturing, supplying, installing and/or distributing items with asbestos.
The Gills are seeking a jury trial to resolve all issues in their asbestos-related case. They are being represented by Victoria Antion and Cindy J. Kiblinger.
The case has been assigned to a visiting judge.
