* On Dec. 8, 2007, Mr. Miller was admitted to Cabell Huntington Hospital with severe ulcerative colitis and was discharged six days later. He was prescribed two 200-mg tablets of Amiodarone twice daily, according to the suit, and on Dec. 21, Mr. Miller presented to Cremeans and was instructed to continue taking the medication. On Feb. 21, 2008, Mrs. Miller claims her husband presented to the emergency department at Cabell for weakness and pain in his chest and was discharged March 22. Mr. Miller died on April 2. Mrs. Miller is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
