The McCoys claim Moses was to arrange for financing of the purchase and transfer of insurance coverage from the Tundra t the Escalade. On Dec. 25, 2008, the Escalade was damaged when a tree fell on it, according to the suit. The McCoys claim they contacted Hartford and were told the insurance had not been transferred. They are seeing compensatory damages.
