* State Farm says that on April 24, insured Lewis R. Withrow Jr. was hit by a motor vehicle in the Go-Mart parking lot at the Dairy Road location in Poca by a vehicle driven by Trina Green and owned by Dale Hughes. Withrow hasn't filed a claim with State Farm yet, and it expects Withrow to file an uninsured motorist claim against State Farm to recover damages. To evaluate Withrow's claim, State Farm seeks video surveillance footage of the incident from Go-Mart. It says Gallagher, an employee of Go-Mart, is in possession of said tape at company headquarters in Gassaway in Braxton County. It seeks to have the court obtain the deposition of Gallagher to obtain the tape.
