CHARLESTON -- Petroleum Products is suing CDR Minerals after it claims it failed to pay more than $50,000 for products and services.
Petroleum Products agreed to provide CDR Minerals fuel and other products, according to a complaint filed June 3 in Kanawha Circuit Court.
The plaintiff claims CDR has failed to pay for fuel and products in the amount of $51,178.65.
CDR had a duty to pay for the fuel and products it received from Petroleum Products in a timely manner and breached its contract, according to the suit.
Petroleum Products is seeking judgment in the amount of $51,178.65 plus pre- and post-judgment interest. It is being represented by Spencer D. Elliott.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Tod J. Kaufman.
