Pauley claims she was fired because she reported Cowart to Center. She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

* Perdue was a student at Marshall University. On Sept. 25, 2009, she claims the defendants improperly released her transcripts with her grades and personal information to third parties. She claims she learned of the unauthorized disclosure of her grades when an article was printed in statewide newspapers, TV stations and various news media. She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

* On July 11, 2008, Thomas purchased a 2004 Hyundai Sonata GLS from the defendants. She claims she had to return the vehicle repeatedly for problem. She is seeing revocation of acceptance of the vehicle and refund of the purchase price and damages for repair costs.
