CLARKSBURG -– Brian M. Jarvis recently re-joined Jackson Kelly as an associate where he will practice in the Business Law Department of the firm's Clarksburg office.
He is returning to Jackson Kelly after completing a Master of Laws in Taxation Program at the University of Florida.
Jarvis' practice primarily focuses on federal and state taxation. His tax practice includes individual, estate, trust, gift, partnership, tax-exempt and corporate taxation. Jarvis also assists clients with business incorporation, operation, reorganization, acquisition and liquidation. In addition, he works closely with accountants and attorneys to ensure proper compliance with federal and state tax law.
Jackson Kelly represents leading global corporations, national companies, entrepreneurs and individuals in areas of law such as environmental, business, labor and employment, federal and state workers' compensation, civil litigation and occupational safety and health.
