CHARLESTON -- A Kanawha County woman is suing Discount Emporium after she was injured at its store location in Charleston.

On Oct. 3, 2008, Anna Triplett was on the premises of the store when she slipped on an unseen and unknown liquid and fell on the floor, according to a complaint filed Sept. 21 in Kanwha Circuit Court.

Triplett is seeking compensatory damages. She is being represented by Michael T. Clifford.
