* In January 2010, plaintiff had been a Lieutenant on the Wheeling Police Dept. for more than eight years when he made a complaint, perpetrated by Corporal Jeff Griffith, under the City's Workplace Violence Policy. He returned to work after hernia surgery in March 2010. A memorandum assigned him to beat officer. Plaintiff is the only officer over 40 years of age assigned to this position. He collapsed in 90-degree weather until he was found by a resident and transported to Wheeling Hospital for treatment. Damages are sought for a violation of the medical needs policy.

* From 1996 to 2009, plaintiff's identify was stolen and used to open and obtain numerous credit card accounts. The plaintiff was not a party to any of the transactions, his name was forged. Dispute letters were written in an attempt to clear his credit. Out of pocket including punitive damages are sought.

* On Sept. 23, 2008, plaintiff Meador's breast implant removal and re-insertion failed to timely diagnose and treat the breast infection and sepsis. As a direct and proximate result of these injuries and damages, plaintiff suffered acute respiratory failure, amputation of both loges below the knee, amputation of fingers to the right hand and other bodily injuries. Plaintiff demands a trial by jury on all issues.
