Kanawha man sues AdOn Network for failure to pay overtime

CHARLESTON -- A Kanawha County man is suing AdOn Network after he claims it failed to compensate him for overtime work performed.

Jason Craddock was employed with AdOn Network until his employment was terminated on Aug. 10, according to a complaint filed Nov. 12 in Kanawha Circuit Court.

Craddock claims AdOn Network failed to compensate him for overtime work performed and employment wages from June 2007 until January 2010.

The defendant also failed to pay Craddock's final employment wages and/or fringe benefits within 72 hours of his discharge, according to the suit.

Craddock claims AdOn Network violated the West Virginia Wage Payment and Collection Act.

Craddock is seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre- and post-judgment interest. He is being represented by Todd Bailess.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Paul Zakaib Jr.
