* On Dec. 29, 2008, Prinnice W. Simpson was attempting to board a bus in Huntington when the bus failed to lower for him to board, causing him to fall and fracture his arm in two places. Tiwanna Simpson claims the defendants engaged in outrageous, reckless, willful, wanton and malicious conduct. She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre-judgment interest.
