* Caldwell's vehicle was parked in Triadelphia when it was struck by an uninsured vehicle driven by Raymond Prayear. Plaintiff was insured under a policy of insurance underwritten by Titan. Nationwide denied claims presented for uninsured motorist property damage. Caldwell prevailed in obtaining all coverage but incurred attorneys' fees. A judgment is requested to fairly compensate him for all damages.
