* Justice was employed by Genesis Healthcare as a housekeeper. On Feb. 24, 2010, she claims she was physically attacked by Boardman, a co-worker. She claims Boardman grabbed her hair, kicked her and slammed her head on the ground. Hutchinson fired Boardman, but permitted her to continue coming to the nursing home her visit her mother who was a resident, according to the suit. Justice claims she began to have panic attacks and other mental health issues because Hutchinson would not guarantee her that she would not be exposed to Boardman while she was at work. She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
