* Unconscionable debt collection conduct is basis for Stevenson's complaint seeking jury award of $4,400 for each violation of West Virginia Code 46A-5-101 (1) and 106, reasonable attorney fees and litigation cost, plus such other relief deemed equitable and just. Case reviews personal loan history dating back to January 2008. Series of agreements, according to complaint, confused the Hamlin resident and by certified letter last January requested all communication be with his attorney. Stevenson says the financial institution breached "good faith and fair dealing" continuing to contact him.
