MORGANTOWN -- Michael Proctor has joined Dinsmore & Shohl as an associate in the Litigation Department. He will practice in the firm's Morgantown office.
Prior to joining the firm, Proctor practiced in Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss, LPA's Cincinnati office. While at Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss, his practice focused on bankruptcy cases, including proof of claim, automatic stay, plan confirmation and other matters related to representing creditors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies. Proctor earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his B.A. from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
