CHARLESTON -- Congress has passed a bill renaming Martinsburg's federal building and courthouse for former U.S. District Judge Craig Broadwater.

Broadwater was a state court judge for 13 years and a federal judge for 10 years before his death in 2006.

The House of Representatives approved the bill earlier this month, and the Senate had passed the legislation in February.
