CHARLESTON -- Supreme Court Justice Robin Jean Davis and Justice Brent D. Benjamin will be guests on the West Virginia Media television show "Decision Makers."
The Justices will appear on two shows that will air Sunday, July 24, and Sunday, July 31.
Bray Cary, president and CEO of West Virginia Media, is the host. The show airs at 8 a.m. on WOWK-TV 13 in Charleston-Huntington; WBOY-TV 59 in ClarksburgMorgantown; WTRF-TV 7 in Wheeling; and WVNS-TV 59 in Beckley-Bluefield.
Among the topics discussed by the Justices will be the new Rules of Appellate Procedure and recent cases of interest heard by the Court.
Davis has served 15 years on the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and is the most senior member of the Court. She has announced she will run for re-election in 2012. Benjamin has served on the Court for seven years. His term will end in 2015.
