CHARLESTON -– Kelby Thomas Gray has joined Dinsmore & Shohl as an associate in the Labor & Employment Department and member of the Mine Safety & Health Practice Group. He will practice in the firm's Charleston office.
Prior to joining the firm, Gray practiced in the Beckley office of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, where he served as a member of the Litigation Department. Earlier in his career, he served as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office in Ripley. Gray earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University and his B.A. from the University of Charleston.
