Soukup
MORGANTOWN -– Jeffrey R. Soukup recently joined Jackson Kelly as an associate in the Administrative Practice Group in the Morgantown office.
His work with the firm will encompass general litigation, appellate litigation and federal black lung claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Soukup served as a law clerk to the Honorable John M. Rogers of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, as well as to the Honorable Karen K. Caldwell of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Soukup received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in May 2007.
