PERSONNEL FILE: Streyle named 'Young Gun' by magazine

CHARLESTON -– Charleston attorney Billie Jo Streyle has been recognized by West Virginia Executive Magazine as one of 10 "Young Guns" in the State of West Virginia.

The award was created to recognize individuals who are committed to helping West Virginia succeed through their professional and personal accomplishments.

Streyle is a member of Bailey & Wyant and, in the past year alone, she has tried two civil trials to verdict, argued before West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and obtained dismissal of various civil matters in State and Federal Court.

She previously served in the capacity as Director of Personnel for the State of West Virginia.

In addition to her professional achievements, Streyle receives the award in honor of the time she has dedicated to reaching out to at-risk children in West Virginia.

Streyle's practice is focused on labor & employment law, general civil litigation & insurance defense, personal injury, civil rights & constitutional law, legal & professional liability, and state, county & municipal liability.

She is an active member of the West Virginia State Bar. She is admitted to practice law before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
