* While Gerhart was a patron of Chasers and Dreams and purchasing a pitcher of beer at the bar, he was shoved and knocked to the floor, landing on the right side of his face. As he was on the floor, patrons stepped on and pushed him. In his attempt to get off the floor, he pushed himself up, cutting his right middle, index and ring finger on broken glass. Gerhart seeks judgment for punitive damages, interest and attorney fees.
