Plaintiff claims there was not a lack of work and that Kilmer shortly after hired her granddaughter without posting the job opening as well as her grandson as an assessor, also without posting job. Plaintiff claims unlawful retaliation and discharge, malice and reckless disregard on the part of Defendant Kilmer. Plaintiff seeks damages, reinstatement, lost wages, future wages and any and all other awards to be determined at trial.
