CHARLESTON -- Stephen E. Hastings has been named partner at Hendrickson & Long.
Hastings has experience representing a range of clients in a variety of practice areas, but focuses his practice on product liability, personal injury, employer/deliberate intent liability and oil and gas law and litigation.
He has experience in employment law, professional liability, toxic torts, premises liability, property law and other complex litigation matters, including mass litigation matters, class action matters and individual tort actions.
In addition to general litigation practice, Hastings assists in managing the firm's oil and gas litigation practice wherein the firm represents exploration, production and transmission companies in the natural gas industry on a number of issues, including, injunction matters, lease disputes, royalty disputes, premises liability, surface disputes, trespass claims and other property rights claims.
Hastings was admitted to the bar in 2002 and lives in Charleston with his wife Tiffany and son Tolby.
