* The Waughs claim the Hensleys have engaged in the interference and blocking of real estate in Milton for an extended period of time. They claim during the course of everyday use, the Hensleys have intentionally and repeatedly trespassed upon the property, blocked the driveway and harassed third parties attempting to deliver packages or visit the Waughs, despite requests to refrain from such trespass. The Waughs are seeking for the court to grant an injunction prohibiting the Hensleys and/or their agents from entering upon the property and for an order requiring the Hensleys not to block the easement as it creates a safety hazard on the Waughs' property.

Jennifer P. Turley and Eric Turley vs. Gregory B. Willis and Atomic Distributing Co.

* On Sept. 25, 2007, Jennifer Turley was driving a vehicle in which Eric Turley was a passenger. They claim Willis, who was driving a vehicle owned by Atomic Distributing, failed to drive at a safe and reasonable speed and rear-ended their vehicle, causing them injuries. The Turleys are seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.

Henry Bailey and Pauline Bailey vs. CAMC Health System, Inc.; St. Mary's Medical Center, Inc.; and Ben Purvis
PA- Scott G. Stapleton; J- David M. Pancake
* On Aug. 11, 2010, The Baileys were driving on 27th Street East in Huntington when Purvis failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with the Bailey vehicle. Purvis was employed by CAMC Health Systems and St. Mary's Medical Center and was operating a vehicle owned by them. The Baileys are seeking damages in the amount of $1 million with interest.
