* Choudhry was employed by the defendant as a cardiology fellow from July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011, and again from July 1, 2011, through his termination and non-renewal of his contract on Feb. 21. Choudhry claims the defendant terminated him due to his disability, race and religion. Choudhry is seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.

Deborah Haskins vs. Prestera Center for Mental Health Services, Inc.

* Haskins was employed by Prestera as a residential aide and one of her duties was transporting clients in her vehicle. On May 8, Haskins was transporting a client when she was involved in a serious accident and sustained injuries. Prestera ordered Haskins to take a drug test the following day. However, she informed Prestera she would be unable to report for the drug test, as she was given several pain medications and instructed to not drive by St. Mary’s Medical Center. On May 10, Prestera terminated Haskins’ employment. Haskins is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
