* Miller is the owner of a 2008 Keystone Raptor RV, which is covered by an insurance policy issued by the defendant. Miller claims the vehicle sustained damage due to vandalism. However, the defendant has refused to indemnify Miller for the entire cost of repairing the vehicle, he says. Miller is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

* Kitts was employed by HIMG as a medical assistant beginning Aug. 5, 2009. Kitts claims she was harassed by other employees. HIMG failed to protect her from the harassment, she says. Kitts is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

Tracy Lynnette Herz vs. David McKinney, Thomas Canterbury, Gary Lilly, Kyle O’Dell, Dean Waldron-Bishop and the City of Milton

* Herz’s residence is across from a newly constructed skate park in Milton. She claims the noise from the skate park interferes with the quiet enjoyment of her property. Herz claims when workers were sent to remedy the situation, she went out to see what was being done to make muffle the sound and picked up a piece of metal and “banged it down on a piece of the metal ramp that was the skating surface… simulating a fall from two feet of a skateboard whose athlete had effected a jump, for the purpose of seeing if… the so-called ‘remediation’ would actually muffle the sound.” Shortly after, the defendants caused a criminal warrant to be issued for Herz’s arrest, arrested her and detained her in Southwestern County Regional Jail and denied her right to counsel, according to the suit. Herz is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

* Robinson claims the defendant has continued to call her about an alleged debt even after she informed them she was being represented by counsel. Robinson is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
