* The Blakes claim they became in arrears upon an alleged indebtedness to the defendant and they retained legal counsel to represent them in connection with consumer indebtedness. The Blakes claim despite informing Discover about being represented by counsel, it continued to attempt to contact them in violation of the West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act. The Blakes are seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
