* On Feb. 28, 2005, Sean Dingess’ father passed away and Jacob Dingess was appointed as his guardian. Sean Dingess claims a surety bond by CNA was posted in the amount of $60,000 to insure performance of Jacob Dingess’ duty as Sean Dingess’ guardian. Sean Dingess claims Jacob Dingess converted to his own use and improperly managed Sean Dingess’ father’s estate, among other things. Sean Dingess is seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.

* On May 12, at the intersection of Burlington Road and Waverly Road, Jessica Mooney, an uninsured driver, negligently and carelessly operated a vehicle and caused it to collide with a vehicle operated by Fagan in which Fitch was a passenger, the suit claims. Fagan claims her vehicle was covered by uninsured motorist insurance by the defendant and the defendant breached its contract with her by not allowing her to collect uninsured motorist benefits. Fagan is seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.
