The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals recently appointed Jackson Kelly PLLC attorney Michael B. Victorson to participate in a comprehensive review of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure as a member of a select committee.
Victorson and the five other committee members will analyze the rules to determine whether they should be updated and will submit recommendations to the court by Jan. 7, 2014.
Victorson is the Leader of the firm's Pharmaceutical, Toxic Tort and Product Liability Practice Group. His practice is focused in the areas of complex and mass litigation, including class actions, in both state and federal courts.
