* On Aug. 16, 2011, Alpha entered into an agreement with RMJM to provide architectural and other consulting services on a project. Between Aug. 9, 2011, through March 5, 2012, Alpha invoiced RMJM for consulting service charges in the amount of $443,814.10, of which it has paid $296,969.65, leaving a balance of $146,844.45, plus interest, the suit claims. Alpha is seeking compensatory damages in the amount of $146,844.45, plus interest charges to be determined at the time of trial and post-judgment interest.
