PRINCETON - A Bluefield woman is suing over claims that unsafe conditions at a CVS caused her to slip and fall.

Minnie Taylor filed a lawsuit on April 3 in the Circuit Court of Mercer County against CVS of West Virginia Inc., citing negligence.

Taylor says on April 3, 2011, she suffered serious injuries when she tripped and fell in the defendant's parking lot, located on Coal Heritage Road in Bluefield.

The accident happened because gravel pebbles were present in the parking lot, according to the brief. The plaintiff is seeking an undetermined amount in damages.

She is being represented by Bluefield attorney James J. Palmer, III.

Circuit Court of Mercer County Case No. 13-C-127.
