PINEVILLE - Zachary Green filed suit in the Circuit Court of Wyoming County on Oct. 30, naming the Wyoming County Board of Education as the defendant.

According to Green, he is a former student of Wyoming East High School. Green claims he was jumped and injured at school as a result of the high school's negligence.

Green is accusing the school of failing to adequately supervise students in hallways and common areas and failing to provide adequate security. Green allegedly lost a tooth and incurred medical expenses from the incident.

Green is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages. He is being represented by attorney Timothy P. Lupardus.
