PERSONNEL FILE: Swann elected National Conference Chair at DRI conference

CHARLESTON - Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso is pleased to announce that Danielle Waltz Swann has been elected National Conference Chair of the 2014 Defense Research Institute’s Construction Law Conference. The conference will be held in San Diego and over 500 attendees are expected.

In addition to being the National Conference Chair, Danielle is currently serving as a three-year member of the Construction Law Group’s leadership steering committee and has:

-Served as membership and social media chair for the construction law group;

-Served as the young lawyer representative for the construction law group; and

-Published the West Virginia portion of the DRI desk reference

Danielle’s practice emphasizes civil litigation in the areas of commercial, general and construction litigation. Danielle represents national banks in consumer credit protection cases and has defended engineers, architects and contractors in complex construction matters. In addition, Danielle has also represented state agencies and is well-versed in state administrative matters.

Danielle has expanded her practice to include government relations, where she is a registered to lobby on behalf of many state and national corporations.
