Mercer County staffing agency alleges unpaid debts

PRINCETON -- A Mercer County staffing agency is suing three businesses, alleging unpaid debts for its services at a Raleigh County hospital.

Saunders Staffing, Inc. filed a suit June 23 in Mercer Circuit Court against Seawolf Construction, FTL Electric and American Safety Casualty Insurance, alleging unpaid debts.

According to the complaint, the defendants failed to pay for personnel provided to them for a project at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Beckley in September-December 2014.

Saunders Staffing seeks damages of more than $37,000 plus attorney fees and expenses. It is represented by attorney Lawrence Morhous of Brewster, Morhous, Cameron, Caruth, Moore, Kersey & Stafford in Bluefield. Circuit Judge Omar Aboulhosn has been assigned to the case.
